Francisca Korir is a business leader with more than 30 years’ expertise in the financial service sectors as a senior leader with expertise in strategy planning, Balance Sheet Management, a People Leader and Risk & Governance Management. As a banking executive Francisca has had an exemplary track record of success leading and managing teams across retail banking sales, Small & Medium enterprises Relationships and Large and Mid-Corporate Companies.

Francisca has liaised with Board and EXCO members in her leadership roles in Standard Chartered Bank Kenya, particularly when she was Head of Local Corporates in Kenya and Head of Process and Governance Kenya and East Africa.

She has now transitioned to a Business and Leadership Coach, as a Founder and Lead Coach at Grow-Fit Coaching.

 In GROW-FIT she works with entrepreneurs whose businesses are in their growth phase seeking to maximize revenue potential, grow their net worth and lead with purpose

 She helps them develop & execute their strategic plans, build fit for purpose holding structures and plan succession   so that they can grow their businesses sustainably and create wealth for posterity

She holds a Bachelors of Commerce Degree in Financial Management from UNISA (University of South Africa)

Her professional expertise is augmented with Credit Risk Certifications, and Leadership training programs specifically Female Future Leaders Program with a certification of a Board Ready Member.

She is also a certified Professional Coach with CDI Africa
